CBSE Class 10 Science Term 2 Paper Analysis by Experts
Class 10 science teacher in CBSE school said that today’s science paper was moderately easy with a mix of easy and average questions. It was completely NCERT based. A person having good conceptual understanding can easily score 35+ marks out of 40. The paper was a bit lengthy as most of the questions had sub-questions but were able to finish within 2 hours.
Another teacher from a CBSE school in Noida also found it easier to review the Science paper than the Maths and English papers. Responding to the difficulty level of the paper, she said, “Some questions were really time-consuming as they required step-by-step answers. However, students with great knowledge of the syllabus and a good understanding of the concepts can easily complete them. used to take the paper in the given time”.

CBSE Class 10 students appeared satisfied with their today’s Science paper. Most of them found the paper easy and high scoring. Almost all the questions were from the syllabus, the students pointed out. Around 50-60 per cent questions were straight from the textbook.
